1. How long will it take to receive my EKGraph Monitor?
Once an order is placed, our automated system gets right to work. Your information is sent to our fulfillment partner that will pick, and pack your EKGraph same day if order is received by 2pm EST. 2. How do you set up the EKGraph?
Powering on and setting up the EKGraph will take you less than 3 minutes. You will have a quick start guide located right on the packaging to help you with the start up process. You can also visit SonoHealth.org/QuickStart/ for an in-depth guide.
3. I have a Pacemaker or ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator)?
We do not recommend the EKGraph to patients with pacemakers or ICDs. Pacemakers have their own electrical pulses that the EKGraph can pick up as your heartbeat’s wave or pulse. This makes it hard to decipher an EKG, however talk to your doctor. If he or she is able to distinguish your heart waves even with a pacemaker then this may be a good option for you.
4. How does your return policy work?
We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you don’t you have up to 60 days to let us know. Our return process is super easy and costs you nothing. We cover the return shipping and refund your FULL payment upon return of the product.

EKGraph device will classify an ECG as 1 of the following:
No Abnormalities – A regular or sinus rhythm of the heart set by the natural pacemaker of the heart called the sinoatrial (or sinus) node.
Arrhythmia – Any change from the normal sequence of electrical impulses. The electrical impulses may happen too fast, too slowly, or erratically – causing the heart to beat too fast, too slowly, or erratically.
Missed Beat – The heart’s regular rhythm is interrupted by a premature or early beat.
Bradycardia – A slower than normal heart rate (Less than 60 bpm)
Tachycardia – A faster than normal heart rate (Over 100 bpm)
Accidental VPB – Ventricular premature beats (VPB) are single ventricular impulses caused by re-entry within the ventricle or abnormal automaticity of ventricular cells.
VPB Trigeminy – 2 normal (sinus) beats followed by a VPB
VPB Bigeminy – 1 normal (sinus) beat followed by a VPB
VPB Couple – 2 consecutive VPBs
VPB Runs of 3 – 3 VPBs
VPB Runs of 4 – 4 VPBs
VPB RonT – A Ventricular premature beats so early in the cardiac cycle that it falls on the apex of the preceding T wave.
ST elevation – The ST segment is abnormally high above the baseline. The ST segment corresponds to a period of ventricular contraction.
ST depression – The ST segment is abnormally low below the baseline.
