All of us here at SonoHealth.org stand behind the quality of our products.  However there may be one (or two) of you that are not 200% satisfied with your purchase.

We do offer returns, the item must be returned within 60 days of your original order delivery date.

Additional Return Policies

This is the place where other stores write a whole insurance policy, but lucky for you, we are not like other stores.

Our rules are very simple.  Be honest with us and we will take care of you. If your product has a manufacturer warranty against defects we will honor that warranty from the time of the purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1

If you have an account with us, request a return right from the account area.

Otherwise request an RMA # by completing this form.

Step 2

Once you filled out the form, we will review your request and send you an email with further instructions on how to return the item.

Step 3

Once the return arrives back to us, we’ll process the refund and contact you if any additional information is needed. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 72 hours of arriving to us. Credit back to your card may take up to 2-10 days to post back on your statement.
